Pricing

EUR 80/hr

Excl. VAT, or a fixed price by agreement. Data processing and reporting are inside the hourly rate, so no fee is added afterwards.

Surcharges do not stack. Where more than one applies, the highest one counts — a public holiday is billed as a public holiday around the clock, including when it falls on a weekend.

All amounts are excl. VAT. Intra-EU business customers are invoiced under the reverse charge procedure, with VAT accounted for by the customer. Mileage is charged in addition, at the Danish state rate per kilometre.

02How the hours are counted

Time is counted door to door

The clock starts when I leave home and stops when I am back and all documentation has been uploaded and reported. Driving, flying, data processing and reporting are therefore all inside the hours — there is no separate fee for writing the report afterwards.

Minimum two hours

Every job is billed for at least two hours. In practice a typical job inside the coverage area lands at three to four hours, because travel counts.

Mileage at the Danish state rate

Driving is charged at the current Danish state rate per kilometre, on top of the hourly rate.

Which days count as public holidays

Public holiday means the official Danish public holidays: New Year’s Day, Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Easter Monday, Ascension Day, Whit Sunday, Whit Monday, Christmas Day and Boxing Day. Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve are charged at the same rate. Great Prayer Day has not been a public holiday in Denmark since 2024 and is billed as an ordinary weekday.

Weather decides

The aircraft flies in up to 12 m/s of wind and not in precipitation — it carries no IP rating. Operating temperature is −10 to 40 °C. I check the forecast the day before and again in the morning. If the job is moved before I leave home it costs nothing; if the weather turns after I have set off, the time spent is billed and we find another day.

Or by agreement

For longer-running arrangements, standing agreements or work of a predictable scope, we agree a fixed price instead. Call with the scope and I will price it.

A typical job

A roof inspection 40 minutes away, on a weekday during daytime hours.

  • Setup and flight1,0 hr
  • Processing and reporting1,0 hr
  • 3.5 hours in totalEUR 280

Standing agreements
and fixed prices

If you have work coming in regularly, or a project of a known scope, agreeing a fixed price makes more sense than counting hours.
