Privacy policy

The site uses no cookies, no analytics tools and no tracking. Nothing is stored in your browser and no information is sent to third parties. The fonts are served from my own server rather than from Google, precisely so that your IP address is not passed on.

The web server keeps an ordinary operational log of visits, containing IP address, time, which page was requested and which browser was used.

If you call or write, I process the information you provide: name, phone number, email, the address of the job and what you tell me about it.

If it becomes a job, the information is kept as part of the client relationship. If it does not, the correspondence is deleted once the exchange has ended.

Aerial and thermal imagery can contain personal data: people, vehicles with number plates, properties and land parcels. That holds even where the purpose is a roof or a solar array.

I capture only what the job requires, and do not fly closer to people or homes than necessary. Imagery is held in encrypted storage and shared only with the client.

When you commission a job and receive the material, you determine the purpose of the processing. You are the data controller and I am the processor acting on your behalf. A data processing agreement is entered into on request, and public authorities and insurers should always ask for one.

For the free local assistance with loose animals, I am the controller myself. The imagery is used solely to find the animal and is deleted immediately afterwards.

You have the right of access to the information I process about you, and to have inaccurate information corrected. You can ask for erasure, for processing to be restricted, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest.

You also have the right to data portability — to receive the information you have provided in a common format.
